JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in respect of petitioner no. 2 Rajiv Ranjan @ Rajiv Ranjan Kumar.

2. Permission is accorded. This bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned.

3. Petitioner no. 1 (Raju Ranjan @ Raju Ranjan Kumar) apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 354, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per F.I.R., petitioner (Raju Ranjan) is alleged to have assaulted Devar of the informant with sword on his head. Doctor has found grievous injury.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and injury, the
