In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.334 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
I have perused the report of the Presiding Officer, informing this Court that eight witnesses including the informant, doctor and Investigating Officer have already been examined. The trial is in advance stage.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the
