Learned counsel submits that due to inadvertence the village name of the petitioner in the original bail application has wrongly been typed as Samochak in stead of Dhindhor Bigha. In view of the aforesaid, let the village name of the petitioner be read as Dhindhor Bigha in stead of village Samochak in the original bail application and in order dated 28.08.2019. As orally prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, let time granted in order dated 28.08.2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond be extended by further four weeks.
