This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39712 of 2017 for extension of time for surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted bail on 01.09.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 39712 of 2017 but due to illness of petitioner no.1 she could not surrender within the stipulated period. As petitioner no. 2 was not informed he also could not surrender within the stipulated period.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioners be extended by two weeks from today, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 71938 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Chapra, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit of Rs. 5,000/- in favour of Patna High Court Legal Service Committee. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 01.09.2017 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
