Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Special Case No. 56 of 2018, arising out of Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 360 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354C of the Indian Penal Code and 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act and 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner used to tease wife of the informant and there is also allegation against him is that he sexually harassed her and from the possession of petitioner 2 kg. ganja and pistol were recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to family dispute he has been made accused in this case and petitioner is father of the informant and he is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56004 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 29.6.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 56 of 2018, arising out of Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 360 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
