The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.79 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981.

Regard being had to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner as well as the fact that the petitioner is an unmarried girl having long career ahead, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
