The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 18(c), 26(A), 27(b)(ii), 28(B) and 27(d) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Amendment Rules.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner was found in possession of huge quantity of drugs without there being any valid licence for the same including banned drug Oxytocin, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
