The present Writ application has been filed for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 7233 dated 24.11.2017, as contained in Annexure-6,whereby the application for approval of modified mining plan with respect to sandghats of Buxar District has been rejected without giving any reason under Rule 19 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Rules, 2017 operation of which has been stayed by Division Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CWJC No.263 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 dated 27.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15965 of 2017 (Puspa Singh & Another Vs The State of Bihar & Others and other analogous cases).

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
