Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 18(B), 22(C), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 16.07.2019 and 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 43728 of 2019 and 68289 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66001 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge XX/special Judge, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
