The petitioners seek bail in Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 89/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 14.06.2018. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
