JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining the employment of a teacher on the basis of fake certificates. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has already resigned from the service and has herself suffered a lot and ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69451 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and with further subject to the condition that petitioner has to cooperate in investigation and make herself available as and when required as well as to cooperate in disposal of trial.
