2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.84 of 2023 in S.T. No.677 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant had solemnized love marriage with the petitioner and after marriage her daughter was living in her matrimonial house. The petitioner went away for his livelihood and it has been submitted that he has talked in bad language with the victim. Mother-in-law and sister-in-law have also tortured the victim. Later on informant learnt that her daughter has committed suicide in her matrimonial house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was not present in the house who have gone outside for working as a labour. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to assault the victim. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2023 having no criminal antecedent, charge has already been framed in this case and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-III, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.84 of 2023 in S.T. No.677 of 2023.
