2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 380, 354, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The first information report has been lodged against 20 named persons including the petitioners and 5-7 unknown persons of having come variously armed and indulged in assault.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68510 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/3 there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners and the present case is rather a counter blast of Supaul P.S. Case No.1189 of 2022 lodged by co-accused Pankaj Kumar Mandal. It has further been submitted that after investigation, the police had submitted final form in favour of the petitioners, however, cognizance was taken subsequently differing with the said final form. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No.17921 of 2025 (Annexure-3).
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the grant of anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and also considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations, case and counter case, final form in favour of the petitioners and further similarly situated co-accused persons having already granted bail, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor
