The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 7.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24239 of 2022, whereby P.S. name is wrongly typed as "Siwan" instead of "Gopalganj".

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.S. name has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "Siwan" instead of "Gopalganj".

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 7.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24239 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned ACJM-IX, Gopalganj in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6968 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order dt. 7.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 24239 of 2022 shall remain unchanged. The application stands allowed to the above extent. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
