Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikarahata P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders contained in Annexure-2 and 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
