2. Pursuant to order dated 14.08.2019, the Collector, Gopalganj is present in Court and has filed show cause.

3. In view of the pleadings and materials on record, especially the final panel prepared for the district on 04.09.2019,

Patna High Court MJC No.3672 of 2017 dt.06-09-2019 2/2 the Court finds that the order dated 22.06.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6217 of 2014, stands complied with.

4. The Collector, Gopalganj submitted that now further steps shall be taken of calling for the vacancy position from the various Departments in the district and thereafter a common roster shall be prepared from which appointment shall be made which would take a few months.

5. Be that as it may, the writ Court order having been complied with, the application stands disposed off with the observation that matters would be taken to their logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time without any undue delay.

6. Personal appearance of the Collector, Gopalganj stands dispensed with.
