1. Though, the first writ petition i.e. CWJC No.3126 of 2018 has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Land Dispute Case No.05 of 2017-18, however, the second writ petition i.e. CWJC No.19075 of 2017, has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.12.2017, passed in Encroachment Case No.02 of 2017-18, by the Circle Officer, Aurangabad as also for quashing the order passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.170 of 2017.
2. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner not only seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, before the competent authority but also seeks liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are other available under the law, nonetheless, submits that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, before the concerned authority of the respondent-State, within a period of two weeks from today, it be directed that the delay in filing the same be condoned. It is directed accordingly.
