2. In the present petition, petitioner-in-person has prayed for the following reliefs:- "To cancel the wrong appointment, made by respondents in district Patna, in state of Bihar in place of the petitioner. And further issuance a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint, the petitioner who is the topper candidate the post of only "One" of the (never one-one) Hon'ble Justice Friend each of all village Court of District, State of Bihar and for payment of all consequential benefits"

2. Grievance of the petitioner is stated in the representation at page 48 and the District Magistrate, Patna proceeded to pass order on 28.07.2023 pursuant to my previous order and petitioner's grievance has been turned down.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24878 of 2019(9) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 28.07.2023 of District Collector, Patna in accordance with law. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) Vikash/- U
