2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing the physical hard copy of the supplementary show cause after uploading the soft copy on the High Court website. Let the same be done today itself.

3. It was submitted that the remaining 50 percent of leave encashment which was the only issue of contention has been put to rest and the Corporation has paid the due amount of Rs. 2,42,971/- through cheque which was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order dated 12.04.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 803 of 2009 stands complied with. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
