Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is of love affair. The daughter of the informant was not abducted by anyone. The petitioner and the daughter of the informant both are major as is evident from their Aadhar Cards enclosed as Annexure-2 & 3. The petitioner and the daughter of the informant have solemnized marriage as is evident from the Marriage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63352 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Certificate enclosed as Annexure-4, and they are leading happy conjugal life.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Gaya in connection with Anti P.S.
