The petitioner seeks bail in Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 32/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Sahadat, who was arrested by the police. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is the purchaser of stolen Laptop from Md. Sahadat.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54015 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar P.S.
