2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Aanganwari Sahayika, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, vide order dated 27.2.2020 she has already been terminated from service.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78624 of 2023(6) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gaya in Tankuppa Police Station Case No. 108/2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
