2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tilkeshwar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 17.07.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. The accused persons are said to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is not immediate member of the family.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Biraul, District- Darbhanga /concerned Court in connection with Tilkeshwar P.S.
