2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022 in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 167/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414/212 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner's involvement has come in Bank loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific allegation in the F.I.R. against this petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

No.72719 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 He has submitted that the materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with crime and the part of the looted amount has been recovered from a lady who has named the petitioner as co-accused. The petitioner has antecedents also.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in bank dacoity, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner are directed to be expedited.

8. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned District Judge, Darbhanga as well as to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
