2. The present M.J.C. has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties for noncompliance of the order dated 24.03.2025 passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.3340 of 2025(3) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 No. 4489 of 2025 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this Court dated 24.03.2025 has already been complied with vide order dated 18.04.2026 passed in Misc. Case No. 03/202526.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps, if not satisfied with the order dated 18.04.2026 passed in Misc. Case No. 03/2025-26.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present M.J.C. is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
