JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 As far as the retiral dues of the petitioner are concerned, the same have already stood paid to the petitioner herein and this fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, however it is submitted that the benefit of the Assured Career Progression has not been granted to the petitioner herein. As regards grant of benefit of A.C.P. is concerned, this Court finds that it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1202 of 2018(10) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 remedy of filing appropriate representation before the respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks from today and respondent no. 1 shall pass order upon the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
