The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 363, 365, 384, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, this case is a counter blast case of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 filed by the daughter of the petitioner against the informant's son. Moreover, the alleged occurrence is of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63283 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 06.02.2019 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 24.02.2019 after lapse of 18 days without explaining the plausible delay. No specific case is made out against the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
