JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing of the order passed in Anganbari Sevika Selection Appeal Case No. 43/2018 by the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad and issued vide memo no. 1092 dated 27.8.2019 whereby and whereunder complaint of the petitioner has been rejected and selection of Respondent No.7 has been held proper.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17660 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 (ii). For quashing of the order dated 18.03.20 / 21.03.20 passed in Anganbari Sevika Appeal case No.640/2019 by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad by which the application filed by the petitioner was rejected and the order of District Programme Officer, Aurangabad dated 27.08.2019 was declared proper.

(iii). For declaration of selection of the Respondent No.7 as Anganbari Sevika in the village Ghota, Ward No.1, Panchayat Jhikatiya, Block-Goh, District- Aurangabad as illegal and void abintio and cancellation for it and as a consequence recommendation for selection of petitioner on the said post."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
