This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.case NO.559 of 2017 for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and the allegation as per FIR is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on confession of the co-accused he has been arrested and though he is accused in four other cases but he is on bail in those cases. The petitioner is in custody since 16.1.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55067 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner at this stage, however, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
