2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No.70 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code but later on Section 8 of POCSO Act was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, minor daughter of informant was kidnapped by the petitioner with the help of his parents for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim in her statement has not

No.73312 of 2024(3) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 made any allegation against the petitioner, rather she stated that she has gone to Madhya Pradesh alongwith petitioner to marry on her own free will. Learned counsel submits that there is no allegation of over act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent, he is in custody since 17.05.2024 and the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No.70 of 2024.
