In support of his submission, Counsel submits that Annexure-C has been attached in the show-cause in which direction for payment has been made.

3. In the light of the submissions made, there is no need of continuation of contempt. This M.J.C. petition is hereby dropped granting liberty to the petitioner that in case anything still due in the light of the order, he may pursue the same before the authority concerned.
