Petitioners are in custody in connection Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402/34 and 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30 of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioners are in custody since 29.05.2018.
