JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner are in custody in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 20/22 of NDPS Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 702 gm ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Similarly circumstanced other accused, namely Md. Faiyaz and Md. Salim, from whose house also ganja was recovered, were granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
