Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case no.167/16 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is general allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of causing injury to the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that other accused persons have been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64812 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Saran in connection with Mashrak P.S.Case No.167/2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
