JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is custody in connection with Pupri P.S. case no. 427 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 494, 498A/34, 323, 504, 452 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel with reference to the order of the Court below submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the informant is not the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54685 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. case no. 427 of 2017.
