JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 460 of 2017 (G.R No. 4010/2017) for the offenses under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement before the police which has no legal sanctity. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 28.01.2018 and as such now he has remained in custody for eight months. Similarly, circumstanced other co-accused namely Pankaj Kumar and Suraj Kumar Sah have been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54320 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.460 of 2017.
