The petitioner seeks bail in Chauri P.S. Case No. 48/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that the informant got information from her Nanad Meena Devi that her husband Dhananjay Paswan has been killed by Mithilesh Paswan and his wife Rita Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 14.05.2018. The informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55715 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 48/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
