2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
