2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has faced the callous attitude of the Treasury Officer due to which he was forced to file the present writ petition. The service book of the petitioner has been duly signed by the concerned In-charge Headmaster and the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur, who have sent records of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner filed representation before the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.15905 of 2023 dt.10-11-2023 2/2 (Establishment), Muzaffarpur and the In-charge Headmaster for issuance of No Objection Certificate but no objection certificate was not issued by the In-charge Headmaster to the Treasury Officer, due to which the amount of pension and other benefits claimed in the writ petition was not paid to the petitioner.

3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur is directed to take legal action against the In-charge Headmaster of the said school and issue a No objection certificate to the Treasury Officer, so that the amount of pension and benefits claimed in the writ petition be paid to the petitioner. The above exercise is directed to be done within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of the order in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
