2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others attempted to outrage the modesty and assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75695 of 2024(3) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Hajipur, Vaishali.
