The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) PS Case No. 84 of 2018 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that name of the petitioner has surfaced on the disclosure made by co-accused Subham Kumar and Dhiraj Kumar at the police station. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.06.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54930 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 21.10.2018 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,Nawadah in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) PS Case No. 84 of 2018.
