The petitioners are in custody in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.104/2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties and land dispute for title suit is pending. From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that there is omnibus allegation against all the 11 accused persons. The petitioners are in custody since 15.07.2018. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above are directed to be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten
