JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the order of transfer. However, he submits that he may be permitted to represent respondent no.4, the Director, Primary Education so that the petitioners may raise their grievance with regard to order of transfer.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.290 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioners to file representation alongwith a copy of this order before respondent no.4. In case, such representation is filed within a period of one month from today alongwith a copy of this order, the respondent no.4 shall examine the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such representation.

It is made clear that that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid, with writ petition stands disposed of.
