The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 548 of 2016 arising out of Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is lady and she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that allegation made against her is that she prevented informant from rescuing her husband when he was being assaulted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with S.Tr. No. 548 of 2016 arising out of Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016.
