2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 120(B), 302, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., brother of the informant consumed Tadi (Toddy) along with petitioner and other co-accused persons and thereafter, he (informant's brother) died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is one of the person who consumed Toddy with deceased & other persons and only suspicion has been raised against him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 07.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020.
