The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 568 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(a) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of a week in lodging FIR without plausible explanation. The specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioner but the specific allegation has been levelled against the co-accused, namely, Raushan Kumar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 568 of 2018.
