Petitioner is in custody in connection with Minapur P.S. case No. 150 of 2018 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was not put on TIP to establish his involvement in the crime.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54804 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018.
