JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 9218 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 17.03.2023 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by the Opposite Parties, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 17.03.2023, if so advised, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
