Petitioner is in custody in connection with Andhramath P.S. case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under sections 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A 26/34 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri P.K. Mahtha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018.
