The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case no. 182 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that regarding kidnapping of daughter of the informant aged about 15 years by Rajeev Kumar Ram (Petitioner) Nawada P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018 was instituted on 18.05.2018 against petitioner and others in which they by putting her daughter in their custody got recorded her wrong statement in the Court. Thereafter, daughter of the informant was taken by her at house. Later on, petitioner and his family members started roaming near her house and started to give threatening. On 30.01.2019, daughter of informant had gone to purchase grocery material from the shop, where petitioner, under conspiracy with her sister kidnapped her daughter. In course of search, informant came to know that her daughter has been kidnapped by the petitioner with the help of his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to love affairs, the daughter of the informant left her parental house and performed marriage according to her sweet will and she has also given her statement in that regard in Nawada P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018 instituted by the present informant. Later on, daughter of the informant was taken by the informant at her house and she, again, left her house. But due to pressure of the informant her daughter gave her statement in the present case about her kidnapping by father, grandfather of the petitioner and to take her at Sikandrabad and kept in a room where petitioner used to reside, but she did not make any compliant about any ill-behaviour or physical relation with her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.68198 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 3/3 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
